attentive staff flavorful meals kind service
The Arado restaurant was a delight. The staff worked diligently. Denisa, Faria, Alston, and Ilko were attentive and kind. Summit, Nobu, Alistair, and Nirbhai cooked flavorful meals.
The room lacked bathroom amenities, that was disappointing.

Mixed experience. Some issues encountered
air conditioning problem laundry delay
the breakfast was good, with great staff.
i had trouble with the air conditioning in both rooms i occupied. it was initially stuck at 17 degrees celsius in the first room, i could not adjust it. maintenance attempted to fix it twice without success, i was moved to a smaller room. laundry i had sent out from the first room caused a delay in returning to me.

wide variety attentive staff efficient service
The breakfast was excellent! there was a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh. the staff were attentive. They ensured every guest had what they needed, though the location was perfect! i appreciated the quick and efficient service at the front desk. the check-in process was smooth. It allowed me to settle into my room without delay.
the gym was somewhat small and lacked a few pieces of equipment.

mixed experience with some issues
faulty door lukewarm buffet
The room door didn't shut properly after the recent refurbishment. i had to be careful to ensure it closed fully. I saw a couple of other rooms where doors weren't shut. there also weren't any visible water bottles left in the room anymore. the breakfast selection was okay but the hot buffet was only lukewarm.

My stay began smoothly due to the attentive concierge. the staff promptly heated up specific food for my toddler with complex medical needs. I appreciated this service greatly. wesam's really good politeness, door-holding, and cheerful assistance with our belongings stood out.
the tv volume from the adjacent room was slightly audible late at night.
